What is the Sales & Escrow process?

When you make an offer / purchase a Domain name, the first step we take is to verify the domain availability and confirm the price. Once we have agreed on a Price - we ONLY use Moniker Escrow. All Domain purchases will be processed through Moniker Escrow providing for a safe and efficient transaction for both buyer and seller. Payment via Moniker Escrow is due within five (5) business days or domain may be resold. Buyer pays any Escrow fees. For Escrow information and fee schedule click here.

What is the Price Range for Make Offer Domains?

Serious Offers only – most domains on the site are reasonably priced between $5,000-$50,000+ We only respond to serious offers. (All serious offers will be considered.) If you do not receive a response within 5 business days your offer was too low.

At ExclusiveDomainProperties we do not engage in endless negotiations, if you want it, make a serious BIN offer. We only deal with premium buyers who understand long-term value. Our buyers include end-users, business and advertising buyers, developers and domain investors.

We Do Not Release Traffic or Revenue Numbers for Domain Names Sales are for Domain Names Only

Non-payment/Non-Completion

We take business seriously - We reserve the right to ban buyers and publicly disclose name, ip addresses etc for buyers/ potential buyers who do not complete agreements once price is agreed and Moniker Escrow is opened.

What if I can’t afford a domain on your site?

We do have a Bargain Domain section - if you are looking for Bargains from time to time we post a few in the Bargain section here. Usually under $1k.

Do you accept names for brokerage?

No, we do not accept names for brokerage. We are not looking to buy names at this time. (If we are -- we will find you) Please do not submit domains for us to review/purchase. . Due to the quantity of emails we receive we won’t be respond to all email.
